Why donate to St. Jude?

His mother admitted the patient to St. Jude El.

Many families come to St. Jude thinking it is like any other hospital, but families do not receive a bill from us for treatment, travel, lodging or food.

Is St. Jude really free?

As a major pediatric cancer research hospital, St. Jude treats more than 8,000 patients each year.

We have helped raise overall childhood cancer survival rates from 20% to 80%. We will not stop until a child dies of cancer.

St. Jude had a 94% survival rate for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The survival rate for ALL was only 4% when St. Jude opened in 1962.
